Coaching

Ministers spend most of their time thinking about and serving others. There is precious little time–or permission–in their schedules to consider the patterns of behavior and thinking that might be getting in the way of making progress on personal and collective goals. If you are interested in strengthening your capacity to manage conflict, hold to boundaries, or engage in experiments to increase your leadership bandwidth, coaching is for you. If you want to learn more about adaptive leadership theory and practice, coaching is for you. If you want to consider new questions, and reframe old challenges, coaching is for you. All sessions are confidential. You set the goals. You set the pace.

Coaching for Thriving…

in Ministry and Life.

Reflection is expensive. It always costs time. Sometimes it costs money. The Presbytery of the Peaks currently offers FREE coaching for Peaks’ pastors and ministry staff. If you are interested in coaching support, contact Rev. Jen Brothers, Leadership Ministry Specialist.
